With a little extra time on my hands these days, I took the opportunity to learn a new material and technique – enamel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enamel is a fine glass powder that I have torch fired onto copper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These were the first few creations: Red ovals with black enamel threads<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enamel ring – blue enamel on domed copper top rivetted to a sterling silver ring:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Triangle and semi-circle shapes in different colours. These are finished with sterling silver hooks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
