The first time I’ve used a material base, instead of stitching the beads to each other.
Starting with the large crystal beads and a tubular peyote around them, they were then stitched onto the material backing. The body was then created around the eyes.
A silver-plated brooch pin was added to the back, and finished with ultra suede.
